I'm still alive lah!!

Oh wow!! It has been 2 months since i last updated my blog and i'm 100% sure you guys must be thinking that i've already migrated to Jupiter for good..hehehehhe Sorry lah I'm still in the exam week at the moment and will finish my exam next week! Hopefully after my exam, i will get my life back...

and of course i'm so sorry i didn't visit any of your blogs and i'm so sorry, i'm totally lost in my own world..sudah jadi katak di bawah tempurung...not sure what is happening out there..*sad*

I promise i will update my blog next week..

At the mean time, i just want to share with you guys the pizza i made 2 weeks ago(yeah..it was my first attempt to make a pizza, and yay!! i succeed) ..By the way, it's nyummy.. :D feel free to make your own pizza ya..

Surprisingly, making your own pizza is not that hard at all.. :D here is what you have to do....

Your dough

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

• 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

• 1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

1. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast and brown sugar in the water, and let sit for 10 minutes.

2. Stir the salt and oil into the yeast solution. Mix in 2 1/2 cups of the flour.

Turn dough out onto a clean, well floured surface, and knead in more flour until the dough is no longer sticky. Place the dough into a well oiled bowl, and cover with a cloth. Let the dough rise until double; this should take about 1 hour. Punch down the dough, and form a tight ball. Allow the dough to relax for a minute before rolling out. Use for your favorite pizza recipe

(You also can use Prego Tomato puree if you are lazy to make one) hehehehehe…

• one onion
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 clove of garlic
• 1 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• a couple of leafs of fresh basil
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• a pinch of freshly ground pepper

Toppings (per pizza) (use any cheese and topping you like, this is just an example)

• one mozarella cheese (also nice: reggiano parmesan and medium cheddar)
• 2 slices of ham
• 2 slices of salami

Isn't my pizza look delicious? hehehee...i made 2 large pizzas and 3 regular one, and all were finished by my nephews, hubby and kids.. :D

So why not try making your own pizza? you will be very satisfied with your pizza as you can put unlimited stuffs for your topping...hehee..

Phewwww!!! I think my blog is a little bit cleaner now. I can't believe that i abandon my blog for more than 1 month now! I'm not even sure if i still have a readers.. :(

Before i go on..on and on..and on..and on with my story, I want to wish you guys a wonderful Chinese New Year (year of Tiger tu.. *ROARRRRRRRRRR*) and belated Valentine's Day.. hehehe I know Valentine's day had been like dulu-dulu already..but who cares..hehehehe

Hmmmmm...what to tell this time ah??

:: I'm old now..LOL!! I mean, i just hit the number 3o's this year, and OMG i feel like i'm a grandma already..I think i even sounds like one..hahaha But yeah..i celebrated my 30th Birthday 2 weeks ago with a small cake cutting ceremony with hubby and Inesha only (isaac fell asleep before we makan cake). This year, i was given a choice to choose my birthday present. So for almost 1 month, i was in dilemma whether to choose the sleek blackberry storm or the organic beauty products (that i was dyinggggggggggg to have since last year). Blackberry...jurlique..blackberry...jurlique??????? And finally i made my decision to get the jurlique products..hehehehehheehe (Thanks to hubby for letting me buy Jurlique's products to my heart content that day! :P) You guys must be thinking i'm such an idiot to choose beauty products over a blackberry kan?? Well..the reason for me to want a blackberry was because : I WANT TO ONLINE DURING MY CLASSES! Hahahahhaaaa The reason was soooooooooooooo wrong. And of course the monthly bill i have to pay if I own a blackberry is not interesting too.. So Jurlique's products are better lah!!

:: About my study..OMG!!! I think i'm in a big trouble now..i haven't finish any single assignments given..and i didn't even submit my test which is already overdue long time ago. Arghhhhh...i thought i will be better this semester, but i was wrong...Due to the crazy work (before CNY), i had no time to do anything other than my works in office. If you are my friend in FB, i'm sure you noticed that i only update my wall status in the morning and rarely afternoon or evening..hehe itu saja jak tu..at least people know that i'm still alive..

:: Weeks ago, i was sick for 5 days where i can't eat without vomiting like crazy..I was feeling nauseated all the time...and feeling so weak! Wah i thought "DIE!!! i can't be pregnant again!!!" But of course i knew that i wasn't pregnant..no way i can get pregnant as telur belum released lagi lah that time..ekekekekeke not enough with vomiting and dizziness, i had a very bad diarrhea that sent me to toilet every 2 hours..can you imagine i lost 3.5kg of my weight within 5 days?? crazy kan?????

:: About my CNY celebration..nothing special this year..Bonus is the same like last year..not even RM1 different.. Our company was closed on 12th Feb and re-opened yesterday.. Instead of spending our holiday resting, me and hubby spent our time cleaning our 'hit-by-a-tornado' house..ekekeke Wah..banyaknya sampah sarap we threw..and we have 4 biggggggggg plastics beg of clothes to be given out to the charity house. (We still haven't give it out yet coz' we don't know where to send it).

:: The only place us, family went during holiday was to Lost World of Tambun, Ipoh. Wah lauuuuu..We were badly sun burned oh..until now, my still skin has a different tones..haha macam kuda belang @ zebra..

We went back to Sitiawan around 6pm.

Oh by the way...Lost World of Tambun is under Sunway, ehehehe

Nah!! Not really expensive kan??? Initially, we planned to go to Genting Highland bah tu, but as we never been to Tambun theme park before, we changed our mind and went there instead..If we were to go to Genting Highland, I'm sure hubby had to spend not less than RM500 oh..Other than than our Sun burned skin, i think Lost World of Tambun is a nice place to visit lah..

So...macam itu lah the story of my absence (almost 2 months)..Nothing much kan..

Eh.!! Lupa pulak mau kestau..My daughter is going to school already...nyeahhhh!!! She is 3 years and 2 months only, but hubby said she will be alright as she always wanted to go to school with Isaac..So yesterday was her 1st day of school lah.. No crying..no sad face..only excitement for her..hehehehee

Hello..

:D Wow! after the 14th day of new year, i finally come to my sense to get my blog updated. Nothing much happened lately which is weird as the last time i remember when i first blogged, i update my blog almost constantly about whatever happened around me. Yeah..i remember one particular post about me being peeped by the stupid centipede while i took my shower. Hehe Other than that, i really love to blog about foods, i brought along my camera where ever i go in case i was going to use it to snap a nice photos. Don't forget about my breakfast which was so insignificant, but still made it way to my blog.. Nowadays, kaDusMama is just plain lazy to share her life to the world..Nyeahhh

Now...my pace has change, and i admit, i cannot think on what issue i want to blog about. Well, of course there are lots of issues (bet you guysss already knew about the 'hot' issue in our country)..but I'm going to post none about all those sensitive issues. (i don't want to go to JAIL! :P)

At the moment, i'm thinking to complain about how fast time flies these days..! I mean..seriously! I'm still in a La-la..Land thinking we are still in year 2009! Hahahaa Silly me..everytime i wrote the date for all the incoming fax transmittals, i wrote 2009! HAHAHAHHA This year, i will turn 30y.o too..OMG!! I'm that old..Can i be 20 forever?? Hehehehee

Anyway..as i said earlier, i don't have much things to share with you guys.. I can tell about my trip back to Sabah recently, but I don't think anybody will be interested to know about an old story kan?

This Sunday, i will start my class (again)..and i'm kinda worry as the number of students in our class is getting lesser and lesser every semester..From 25 to 18 and i'm not really sure how many we will be when the class started. One of my 'coursemates' is confirmed not going to further her study anymore. *sad* There were few times when i wanted to give up in my study, to stay home 'tanam' jagung in Farmville (heheheheh) and work like normal. I was tooooooo tired sometimes especially when my kids were not well, and when there were so many works to do in office and at the same time i had to finish mount of assignment in a short time. But..thank God, i still survive and going to my 3rd semester..So far, i have not fail any paper yet *TOUCH WOOD* (even though i didn't finish the assignments given...hehehehehe) and i really hope i don't have to repeat any paper until i finish my study..but enough with studies..

I think i have to stop typing now. Hehee Just to let you guys know, i will be celebrating my 2nd year anniversary of blogging (nyeahhhh!! not really an active blogger already mah) tomorrow, 15th Jan 2010. For 2 years, i have posted 517 posts and i know i can't beat some of you who have thousands of posts..but yeah..i hope i will keep blogging no matter how busy i will be..and of course i will try my very best to drop by in everybody's blog..

Phewwwwww...!!!!! Finally i come to my sense to get my blog updated, and to my shocked, i only have 3 posts for this month????? Dangs! It's so obvious my passion to blog has gone inside the drain along with the heavy rain we experienced every day..*sigh*

I received few offers to do a review in my blog, but can you imagine i don't even have a heart to do a paid post anymore.. :( Whatever happened to me????)

Well, the real reason i'm posting in my blog today is to wish you guys a HAPPY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR 2010 (in advance...hehehehe). I might now update my blog, so to be safe, i better wish you guys today..I'm going back to Sabah (for Christmas of course!!) this coming wednesday, and will be back to KL on the 27th Dec...So i don't think i will have a time to update my blog during my holiday..Heheheeeee..

So what's my update after my last update? Let me see..my exam result was out last week, and guess what??? I passed in all my papers..HAHAHA I was so surprised myself because i thought i was not going to pass in one particular subject. But sad to tell, my pointer is down a little bit. *sigh* Will try to put more effort in the coming semester which will start next month (busyyyy life again)

There isn't much update about me pulak! hehee So i guess i will put more photos of my kids for you guys to see..Hehehe..nothing to see actually, but it's better than i let my post so empty kan? So here are photos take recently...

Isaac is going to be 6 years old next year! Time is unbelievably flies really fast..my son has grown up so much, he has became a rebel like me when i was at his age last time..

Daughter is the same too. She is 3 years old now, but acting like an adult. Hehehee

See how Isaac destroy our wardrobe? I can tolerate with the incredible hulk stickers, but not the scratches he made!!

I'm not sure if i have update about Isaac lost his 1st tooth recently...but he did lost his first tooth! The best part is, he didn't cry at all. Hehehe We didn't have to bring him to see a dentist, caused he pulled the tooth himself..kesian! One fine and healthy tooth gone just like that...

This photo was taken last week, friday..I brought my kids to The Curve to jalan-jalan. Isaac and Inesha were so happy, and of course i'm happy too..(ekekeke apa punya sentence nie?)

If only you know how hard to take their photos..Inesha is the difficult one. She cannot give me a decent smile and keep wanting to run here and there..

Heheheee...Isaac bukan main lagi begaya! Not sure what he was looking at..
